Three mates. Two lives. One deadly secret.
I thought becoming a siren was complicated enough, but that was before I found myself magically bound to a protective vampire, a brooding mermaid, and a shifter with a heart of gold. As our unprecedented bond grows stronger, I'm discovering I'm no ordinary siren - I'm the key to an ancient power that makes me both extraordinary and dangerous.
With help from my mates, I must navigate my growing abilities while uncovering the dark truth about my past. But when long-buried secrets threaten everything I hold dear, I realize that finding love might be the easy part. My story should have ended when I died, but fate had other plans. Now, with my newfound powers and unbreakable bonds, I need to solve the mystery of my murder before history repeats itself.
Because this time, my sister's life hangs in the balance, and the dark forces that ended my life are closing in on everything I love.

Chapter One Look Inside
Chapter One Look Inside
A sister. I had a sister.
Hannah stepped over the threshold quickly, her arms wrapping around me like a vice. I automatically embraced her back, tears springing forth as the comfort and familiarity of her hit me hard.
“Hannah,” I whispered, and her grip on me only tightened.
Her floral scent, the warmth of her arms as they gripped me like I was going to vanish at any second, the way she shook as she cried too—it overwhelmed me with only one thing. One feeling.
Home.
“I thought I lost you,” Hannah whispered, her voice catching as we clung to one another, Finn still perched on my shoulder.
I couldn’t respond as I just closed my eyes, focusing on this warm feeling of comfort and safety I felt with her.
She had lost me, and I’d lost her. But now, now we were both found.
“I can’t believe it’s really you, that you’re here,” Hannah gasped as she pulled back after a few moments, her eyes twinkling with tears.
I was lost for words as she let out a soft, relieved laugh as she wiped her eyes and shook her head.
I mirrored her, the emotions swirling inside me overwhelming me.
“Come in, please, I’ll make us some hot drinks, it’s a bit chilly tonight,” she said as she stepped aside to let us in. “Um…” She paused as she looked at Mr. Brady, as if she was only just registering him properly.
“Mr. Brady, Area Enforcer.” He bobbed his head at her.
“Right.” Hannah’s smile faltered as her brow furrowed. “I tried to reach out to you and all the other Enforcer’s to get help with finding Rose, but they just sent out witches and stuff. Getting a hold of an actual Enforcer isn’t an easy process,” she murmured, her tone sharp.
“We’ve got busy lives, we juggle a lot. We have others that handle incoming enquiries and dispatch teams where we think they’re best needed,” Mr. Brady explained, but Hannah just shook her head.
“It doesn’t matter now, Rose is back,” she breathed as her smile returned and she ushered us inside.
“So her name is actually Rose?” Mr. Brady clarified, and Hannah frowned at him.
“Yeah, Rosette,” Hannah confirmed as she gave me an odd look. So that had truly been my name. Was that the case for all sirens then?
“Interesting,” Mr. Brady mused as he waited for me to enter first.
I stepped into the warm comfort of Hannah’s home, finding it unfamiliar as she walked us to the living room and beckoned for us to sit on the lounge.
“Hot drink, Mr. Brady?” she asked as she moved through to the kitchen as we sat.
“I’m fine, thank you.”
“I’ll be back in just a moment.”
I’d barely had a chance to look around before she was already returning in record time, baffling me.
Right, she was a witch like I was. She could probably magic some things.
“Here, your favorite,” Hannah said as she set down the mug in front of me on the coffee table.
“What is it?” I asked as I held it up, but as soon as I caught a whiff of the familiar aroma, I cracked a smile. A hot milo. We’d had them all the time. Glimpses of being curled up on the lounge with her, nursing hot milos as we watched some chick flick, shot through my mind as I took a sip.
‘You’re remembering,’ Finn commented.
Was this because of what had happened with Laura? My magical surge? It had to be connected as to why I was suddenly remembering things easier. Sure, Mr. Brady had said my memories would return over some days, but these were flowing freely now. I just knew things.
“Hot milo, made how you like them,” she said softly, her brows knitted together as she sat down in the armchair across from us with her own milo in hand.
“It’s perfect,” I breathed, the same warmth of home washing over me as I glanced around the room once more, taking in the books on the bookshelf, the few photos scattered around of her with friends and a man. I didn’t recognize the place, but my eyes landed on a photo on the wall, and I sucked in a breath.
Hannah and I were laughing in the picture as we held a gray cat up, to his dismay, for the photo.
“Finnigan,” I breathed, and Finn cocked his head at me, his whiskers tickling my cheek.
“Yeah, he’s upstairs sleeping, actually,” Hannah commented as her smile grew, but then it dropped. “Rose, what happened to you? You’re different…the kitten…its wings…”
