Do you know what I love? Being my own boss. Do you know what I hate? A lack of social life.
Silver Springs is supe friendly, so I thought it was the perfect place to call home with my pet pig, Wilma. Too bad I can’t seem to get myself out to meet people, despite Wilma’s consistent nagging.
Oh, did I mention she talks? Turns out I was born as a slightly defective mermaid, more animalistic than I’d like to admit. The one bonus? I’m Mrs. freakin DooLittle.
I consider it a curse at times. I’d been hoping that Silver Springs might be my one place to maybe meet someone special, but I’m starting to think that was all a dream I can’t reach. That is, until I decide to fancy up my special pool out back.
Blaine is one fine as hell landscaper, and he’s got some delicious friends to help him.
Maybe Silver Springs isn’t so bad.
Now if only Wilma can stop telling me how good their butts look from her level.

When the huntress becomes prey, her monsters become lovers.
I've spent my life hunting monsters in the shadows - track them, seduce them, kill them. It's what I was trained to do, what I was raised for.
There's just one small problem: I am one of them.
When a routine vampire hunt goes sideways, I discover I'm actually a kitsune - a rare supernatural being whose power drives others wild with desire. Now my adoptive father wants me dead, and the only ones standing between me and a death sentence are four dangerously alluring males:
Tristan - a demon-born with wicked desires and darker pleasures
Leon and Damien - angel-werewolf hybrid twins harboring deadly secrets
Wesley - a phoenix whose fiery touch ignites more than just passion
At the Institute of Supernaturals, I begin to unravel the truth about my warrior bloodline while trying to resist the four males my kitsune desperately craves. But as I explore my awakening powers and surrender to our deepening bonds, my past comes hunting - and this time, it's bringing an army.
I was born to be a huntress. Now I'm the prey. And my mates? They're not letting me face this fight alone.
A steamy paranormal RH romance featuring a fierce heroine discovering her true nature, four protective and possessive mates, and enough heat to rival a phoenix's flame.
~This is book one of a COMPLETE trilogy~
Chapter One Look Inside
Chapter One Look Inside
“Damn girl, I’d roll around in his mud any day.”
I groaned as I ran a hand over my face and glared over at Wilma, who was perched on the reading nook overlooking my back garden.
“That’s right, handsome, you overwater that garden, so I can get all dirty for you,” Wilma murmured.
“Wilma, stop,” I giggled and rolled my eyes.
“Seriously? Have you seen that man shirtless? He’s a goddamn God!” Wilma shot back as she looked over at me with those twinkling brown eyes.
“Stop checking out my landscaper,” I scolded her, unable to stop smiling. She just rolled her eyes at me in response.
“You’re not doing it. One of us should. He’s too good to let go to waste. Wonder what he thinks of pigs?” Wilma mused as she touched her hoof to the glass of the window.
“Well, he’s probably not down for that sort of thing,” I snorted as I eyed the miniature pig. Wilma had been my companion for a number of years now, and her crazy antics kept me on my toes. She reminded me of an old lady with a dirty mind and equally dirty mouth.
Considering her past, it made sense.
I sighed as I eyed the book on my desk. ‘Love Blooms’ by C.C. Pine. It certainly sounded interesting enough. I’d gotten it from the kind mechanic woman who’d helped me with a blown tire. Lily from Hot Wheels. I have yet to take her up on an offer of catching up or doing a karaoke night. I wasn’t exactly an outgoing person, but I had her number to call eventually.
Maybe I’d finally read the book she gave me.
Besides, this poster piece was not getting done right now.
Why I’d taken the job was beyond me, then again, I had to take most jobs that came my way. The life of a graphic designer was not that glamorous. I was currently making a sci-fi poster for a man willing to pay for it. An author who wanted his characters brought to life.
But drawing a tentacle-faced lady with three boobs was proving oddly frustrating despite how funny I found it.
I’d done some research though, and designing book covers looked to be a profitable business. Maybe I’d start moving into that.
“Ohhh! His friends are here! Hot damn, they’re just as sexy. You take those shirts off boys,” Wilma snorted as she pressed her nose against my window, leaving a nice smudge mark that I’d have to clean later.
I snickered at the sight of her pink body with brown splotches getting all antsy as her tail wagged.
Blaine. He was my landscaper. I’d asked him to fix up my pathetic pool out back. I’d envisioned something perfect, large and filled with water, plants and fish. Hell, I’d even drawn up a design and printed it out, but I was yet to show it to him.
I’d barely even spoken to him. He was just getting started by emptying the old pool, then he would talk to me about what it was I wanted instead.
And he said he’d have a few friends helping out where needed.
“Hey, his friend is a little weird. Has a big-ass hat on, all covered up. Seriously, it’s too warm to be wearing a damn jacket,” Wilma huffed.
“Stop judging them,” I groaned as I eyed my computer display with my current project open in photoshop.
“I’m sure he’s just as hot as the other two underneath there, I want him to strip,” Wilma grumbled.
“You need to rein it in,” I chuckled.
“Hey, if I can’t get any action, then I will look,” she stated.
Fine. She had me there. I was not about to go out and get another pig. Besides, she didn’t like other pigs.
I eyed the book again.
